For work I often need to send larger scale Graphics and Logo's to the events I supervise. These tend to be over sized, oddly shaped and almost always fragile shipments.I have had, by far, the best results with FedEx. Over the course of 11 years of doing this I can recall 2 fairly minor issues.
By contrast I purchased a poster from the Memphis In May Festival website, and one after another 3 mangled tubes arrived via UPS. I finally got a hold of a person there in Memphis and made arrangements to get FedEx to pick up and deliver the poster to me. No problems.Nothing is 100% but FedEx has yet to disappoint me.
