having been a longtime burner, i understand the context of his choice of words. the event has lost its
sense of danger and unpredictability, one of its original attractions, and a deep one at that. but such
are growing pains; it went from a couple thousand people to over 47,000, and so some public safety
guidelines have become necessary, as people were getting injured and even killed. regardless, paul has a history of mental illness, and i am hoping he gets the treatment he needs.
