You're absolutely right, Ed. The Jew's essential purpose, at least for these evangelicals, is that they have to occupy Israel in order to usher in the return of Jesus. At some point, the Jews must convert or face the lake of fire. A temporary alliance to be sure. What a wacky world humans have created. A real testament (pun intended) to the ability of man to manipulate others using greed and fear. Peter T.
