I think all CD's should be around $10 with half the money going to the artist.
We have numerous second hand CD shops in town. I'd say around 40% of my purchases are second hand/promos, etc. I'd say more than 90% is indie store. I haven't made a CD purchase at Big Buy or Borders in years.
