Well Will..we were told to avoid a snake biting you ,you freeze/dont move as they cannot see you unless you move...they are very short-sighted.Unless the said snake is a Tiapan..they are a different story..they will chase you. It is a well know fact though..most snake-bites occur while attempting to kill the snake.....I've only been bitten once..I was in a (scared female)customers bird aviary trying to remove a snake that had gotten in and was eating her baby budgies.
