Last year or so The Nation did an article on the four contractors that were killed in Fallujah. The finding of the article was it was because of terrible practices by Blackwater and the managers. Not only that, when it came time for the civil suit, the last I heard was Blackwater shipped managers with damning information out into the world in places where they couldn't be found for the lawsuit.
