Well, I have mixed feelings, I am a smoker but...probably not for long.

The tobacco states have been slow to catch up with all these rules and regs that have swept the country already. I guess I resent the fact that this law affects my own property. All three principals here are smokers.

On top of that, TN tripled the tax on tobacco products which takes affect on the very same day as the smoking ban. What sense does it make to tap one segment of the population for this tax base and then tell them they are banned from smoking ? Ahhh well.

In all, I see both sides of the issue and I know it not really a bad thing.

I've had quitting on my list of things to do for a while now, it's moving up the list quickly.
