I have a question, addressed to anyone out there with information on this topic:

Around Christmas I wrote a song. Since that time I and a friend of mine, a guitar instructor, have recorded the song and burned it to CD. This may be highly unrealistic of me to say so, but I think the song could become a ‘hit.’ My question relates to the fact that I have no experience in the marketing of songs… Can anyone tell me what a reasonable next step ought to be?
