I'm thrilled Sean Penn is directing this. When you mentioned it was going to be a film I felt that how good it would be would depend on who made it. I was thinking somebody like Terrence Malick or maybe the guy that did The Motorcycle Diaries, Walter Salles. I see that the cinematographer that worked on that is the guy that shot Into the Wild...that's very cool. I think Sean is the perfect guy to do this and it looks like he also put together a great team to make the film. I'm excited to see this. I actually prefer Penn as a director and I'd love it if he gave up acting for a while to direct more films. I know nobody wants to hear that...
