Not bloody likely, seeing as how the House has recently seen fit to pass a budget resolution that will cut $844 million from veterans' medical care next year and $9.7 billion over the next 10 years. The resolution also slashes $15 billion from the disability compensation and other benefit programs over the next 10 years.
The vote was along straight Party lines with the cuts made in order to cover the costs of the President's tax cuts. They usually wait until the dust of war settles before they slip cutlery in the back of the returning veteran.
