this thread is retarded. and i should know about these things. to [half] wit:
the VA Tech thing was the act of a lone armed lost (Korean-American) sicko (but maybe we
should invade Korea just to make sure it doesn't happen again)
Iraq: yes, lots of violence today, as usual there, but overall a different deal. so why are we trying
to compare? (sure, Block's rebuttal to PB was on the
money,
but as the blame game solves little while primarily creating further resentments, why bother with it.
just let the 'rightie' and 'leftie' kneejerkers and extremists do their thing, and try to enjoy the show.
not that i'm referring to anyone here, of course)
while both are tragedies, at least in Iraq there was a possibility of a better life. whether it was for
Iraqis
themselves or US CEOs seems quite debatable to this day, dunnit. i still just don't get all the
warpushers' generous socialistic stance towards Iraqis, while we Americans aren't getting our basic
needs met in terms of health care, education, and job & homeland security. hmm.
in either case, ladies and gentlemen, i believe it is high time we re-elevated the quality of the
debate
around here, so i'll start: Mick, you're an obnoxious fuzz-laden midget who reeks of fermented
elderberries. you practice levitation only so you can reach the beer tap.
you're welcome.
