first of all welcome to the dbis. It's just a fine mess of liars if you ask me, but it's good for a chuckle, or an argument or a sweet musical tip depending on what you're looking for...but anyhoo.

I've just whittled down 10 pounds of London broil to make jerky with for the first time ever (seriously 20 minutes ago). It's marinating in a Cabela's jerky seasoning that I figured would be best to try for the first time.

Thing is, I know that I'm going to want to make my own seasoning for jerky in the future. Have you ever made jerky on your grill and if so, got any good recipes?
