One of our guidance counselors came in today with a problem with her mac laptop and I saw she was using Firefox as her default browser, but it had stopped working at home and initially at work. The tech found that a number was taken out of the isbn when it the laptop was unable to connect to the intranet or internet. The tech thought she had changed it, but not, it seemed to change on its own. That was with using Firefox as the default.
