Correct. Not all combat force,obviously, but combat prepared.
Many
paths included, and it could incorporate training in areas of
science,healthcare, technology, linguistics, foreign relations, political
science;you name it. But...everyone involved to have at least gone
through some basic military training in their chosen branch of the
Armed Forces.
