I appreciate what you’re saying, GM, …& offer as an extreme example:  In the movie Shindler’s List (& in real historical life, as rumor has it) many hundreds of people were lined-up on one side of a table & many thousands on the other side of the table…& both sides were then required to relinquish free-will to compromise…or suffer dire immediate consequences.  Now in a peaceful society, some acumen of order is…required to sustain a balance of liberty & peace.  Granted…gladly…hand-on-heartedly.  But the abuse of that truism surely results in the antithesis of said liberty & peace.  I’m just waving a banner for the former…and wary of the imminent advent of the latter.
