Right, so let me get the "facts" straight from the "horses'" mouth:
1. Al Qaeda is responsible for the Iraq sectarian violence (otherwise known as Civil War)?
2. He's not sure it's Civil War (yet)?
3. He doesn't want to withdraw US troops from Iraq, until the "war" is won?
Bush is sounding more delusional as time goes on. If I were his physician I'd check him for Neurosyphilis.
