That's too subjective Andrea, who decides.
This limitation seems quite fair to me, and eliminates many
ah
problem:
a voter can only donate moneys to candidates they are
elegible to
vote for.
-Corporations can't vote so wouldn't be allowed to
contribute(legally anyhow;)
-those who don't register to vote cannot contribute
-no out of state contributors meddling in your states business
-prolly some increased accessiblity for run of the mill candidates
rather than limited to machine candidates.
Surely there must be more benefitsplease don't wake me from this Bobby Kennedy moment
