They do have a roots/folk sound. I don't hear any country nor blues per se at least not in the pure sense. Sounds like they are coming from the Fairport Convention style of play, British Isles influenced new acoustic music. I like her voice, not overwhelmed by it, but that fiddle is superb. I noticed that they are distributed in Canada under the True North label. That was Cockburn's old label when he only released his music in Canada. We're talking eons ago.
