Actually duck eggs are said to exceptionally good for baking though I am interested in more ducks. I really like em more than I would have ever guessed. Besides mine are a meat breed who are heavy foragers which can adversely affect the flavor(I am told). I'm new at this, but I'll eat an egg after they build up to being a good sized flock.

But if we ever get together Ian, I'll make ya ah large western omelet: green peppers, red onions, crumped bacon or sausage, some tomatoes and whatever is laying around, topped with ah chunky salsa of yer preferred temp or green tabasco perhaps.

I'll let you collect the eggs, if ya can find em.
