Who would have argued that over the past several years, …but try to convince the mighty movers & shakers of the morose machine that human health & enlightenment is more meaningful to all than ludicrous revenues streams from varied avenues: Chronic illness (always a boon), big & colorful but flavorless engineered foodstuffs that cost less to manufacture but produce like 3rd world teens (always a boon), …the laboratory list is biased & plentiful…& you & I will have the benefit of perhaps one day glowing in the dark. Lets just shut-up and do our duty: Get good-n-sick, eat our FDA approved drug-matter & soapy tasting veggies & plastic bottled water, etc., that we’ll gladly pay increasingly higher gouged prices for, hang cameras in all our rooms & trackers on all our vehicles, donate various organs to the profitable organ market (hey, some we have two of, why so selfish), vote our conscience from a mob-rules perspective, enthusiastically mail 50% of every penny we earn to Halliburton & their All American ilk, line up for a microchip injection or two, listen only to pop country western & GOP ordained talk radio, go on welfare while also volunteering as free or cheap under-the-table labor for choice monopolies of manufacturing bases while singing their praises & wearing their petroleum product labels (purchased with the pittance we save on food stamps), drop our graduates off at the recruiter of our choice ~ see...CHOICE!, go to official worship and pray for forgiveness, follow all traffic & regulatory signs & commercial ads (especially the ones that say, “Ask your doctor if [said] is right for you ~ symptoms may include…."
…sheez, this groovy new paradigm of man is just so tiring…& this frivolous but heartfelt list is almost certainly just the tip of the ice burgh.
Only bitching…while offering no solutions? Here’s a solution: Stop asking these things of the citizenry, do exactly the opposite…& things will begin to take a notable turn for the better. Make several more common-sense lists of idiotic exemplars being fashioned by those resembling Jabba the Hutt & stop asking those things of the citizenry as well. Have an open meeting discussion of every line of the Constitution with the entire U.S. populace and follow a public show of hands to the letter for all decisions regarding same; absolute majority rule, …of the people & by the people, regardless of corporate outlook. Free the airwaves. Oh yeah, & make love not war. War is the domain of cats who don’t know how to participate in the advancement of their lovely lady’s orgasms.
