I'm with you on the first and last, but I think the middle one is and will be very difficult to do in the short term.  Most people don't realize just how caught up the whole world is in the oil and downstream products chain.  They are a part of nearly everything we do.  It's the right direction in which to go, but there aren't any short term miracles.  Perhaps with the coming Democratic administration . . . .
