Th’ parallels, yep. That was m’ point pretty much. Even Jefferson & that woody toothed cat, Washington, said stuff that paralleled how our present govmnt defies logic & munificence today. It just blows my mind; …’specially when one of my sons asks a question during a Prez Address to the Hoi-Polloi…or some CSPAN televised or apt documentary presented dissing of black congresspersons during the unprecedented dissing of a decent man who stepped honorably down from the dais in mock defeat.
What a moody blue this 21st century is become….
