As you may have guessed, I have broached this subject,
hoping for an answer to what is so obviously a pecular
situation.And then it turns out the reason is legalese, that survives wars
and successful revolutions. Vermont and American history
contain other equally unlikely but curious examples.I am pleased it was useful for you as well.respects
