The topic as described it IS NOT A HOAX. I don't know
about
the eBay part, but the content is accurate. Call it economic
elimination because even the slow lane is expected to be
more pricey. Which will likely, greatly, restrict the flow of
information, when you consider who owns the major portion
of ISP access points.
Googling Save the Internet will be very responsive but
here's a
