We need to understand what made those guys do what they did. I think society should be blamed because we failed that 15 year old. Had we intervened in time this would not have happened. I read where the district this youth was from recently had funding cut for the "Rehabilitating Young Thugs in DC" also called RYTDC. I think calling the National Guard in might be rash Kravitz (can I call you that?) . Dont be so quick to judge he, he probably is a good kid
