Yeah, he is apparently a studio hotshot guitar player, one of the most sought after in LA.  Check out your record/CD collection...he's on a ton of recordings by other artists.  Have a funny story.  I got an Email from a girl (on a..gulp internet dating site).  She actually had no interest in an old fart like me, but had some question about visiting Maryland; her mom had moved here, or something like that.  She saw from my profile that I played guitar and announced that she had dated Dean Parks (like I and everybody in the world is supposed to know who he is).  I wrote back that I never heard of the guy, and some comment like, "there are sooo many studio players in LA, and no,  I never "hoid" of no Dean Parks".   Woops...ate those words when I opened his website and found a who's who list of folks he's played with, then started seeing his name on the liner notes of many CD's I owned! Ouch...that hurt, 'cause she seemed like such a little bitch from her Emails.  That's my Dean Parks story.  Can he even play?  A lot of those studio guys are mediocre, but just get "known" and are "politically correct" in the music industry.  I assume he's quite a hoss though.
