For Memorial Day, let's do something that has nothing to do with picnics or grilling. At least, when I was a kid, we went to the cemetery and put lilacs on the graves and read When Lilacs Last in the Dooryard Bloom'd (yes, about Lincoln but resonant we felt and about our veterans, too). A conservative playlist - phooey - and contrasting it with some equally PR positioned liberal one - double, triple phooey!
