I’ve watched TRIAGE several times, ...yes; & Soilent Green & Planet of The Apes, etc..  But it’s still a [passé?] cop-out.  The problem of ELE theory (or natural selection as it may) may not have arrived so quickly had more effective methods of birth control been introduced before weapons of mass destruction & high fructose corn syrup.  But limitations were drawn; ...& some didn't make the cut. 

WE, as a people, are capable of far better.  You know it, I know it, ...but we relinquish.  Every so often people are brillliant and well-meant, ...& that's the rub.  It inspires me to get up in the morning, ...& allows hope to take just a hint of precedence over issues of hierarchal-selective genocide & the wrath of nature. 

For me, it comes down to grandchildren and their daughters & sons...& the notion that perhaps there iz a reason to believe they will exist here with liberty....
