WI referendums on Iraq

Yesterday there were non-binding referendums on the ballots in 32 Wisconsin communities. 24 of them voted in favor of encouraging the United States to make an effort to get out of Iraq promptly.
That's a greater majority than that pill-popping porker points to (no, not Rush Limbaugh - Meatloaf!). If "two out of three ain't bad", then what about three out of four?
Is anything going on in other states? Or is Wisconsin, and the greatest Senator alive - Russ Feingold - alone in this?
