Maybe the US isn't the most F'ed up place on Earth
A guy shoots the Pope. The Pope forgives him, and 26 years later Turkey is going to parole him.
Not bad. Sounds reasonable.
But wait, he killed somebody else, too? And he's still going to get paroled?
That's getting weird. But it gets better.
Under Turkish law he now has to serve in the military.
Now that is a tad askew.
