Here's another video.  Once again, it appears that mental derangement or aberrant behavior is grounds for police to shoot and kill folks.  Hmmm...interesting. 

Watch this video, and tell me if there is any way the man's actions could have been interpreted as threatening the lives of the 2 or 3 armed cops standing many yards away from him, even if the man were waving a knife (I don't see one).
