ABC WNTonight just reported that FEMA flood insurance, that expensive government coverage, has run out of funds. Seems they have payed out $3.5 billion while their total liability is an additional $20 billion. Like it just dawned on FEMA they had a liability problem!If Congress doesn't pass emergency appropriations tomorrow, they'll be on break until the first week of December.Whatdoyawannabet, the afflicted sit and spin into the new year? Possibly forever.You're damn right I don't trust Uncle Sam.
