Either you are pulling our collective legs or you're in some sort of heavy duty state of panic attack/frantic denial over the fact that all the top brass in the Republican party are being shown to be very dishonest criminals.
One more time for you ol' pal...the charges over outing Ms. Plame have yet to be filed because in the course of investigating these charges it was discovered Libby, Rove and likely Cheney and the President himself have endeavored to cover-up their involvement and or knowledge of said crime. Hence necessitating the prosecution of the attempt to hinder the investigation into who outed Plame in a trial format before being able to continue on to pressing charges against the actual leakers.
You do understand if Libby and friends had nothing to hide they would not have spent such effort on trying to cover-up that...ahhh...nothingness?
