Bush wasn't under oath when he had a "discussion" with Fitzgerald.  Just because they had a discussion doesn't mean that he discussed the matter at all.  Who knows how they spent the four hours.

I recall being rather angry with Clinton during the Paula Jones affair.  I thought he should have settled that matter but that if he didn't, he should have told the truth about his affair with Monica Lewinski.  But upon reflection, it now seems so trivial.  Lying under oath is not trivial, but the whole circumstances of that case, how they trapped Lewinski, and all over what was essentially a personal matter that, while possibly relevant to the Jones case, was more likely to be politically motivated.

Like Nixon's Watergate, Clinton's Jones case didn't involve troops sent to die.
