If I want to know what's going on in any community I'm going to watch the 6:00 news or pick up a newspaper. I ain't gonna listen to a rapper.
I'm all for what Feingold is trying to accomplish. Radio DOES suck and it's because of Clear Channel and the like. But the reasons he's stated seem.......odd.
