Odd that upon looking up Hage on google the first thing that caught my eye was that BLM (Bureau of Land Management) had something to do with it. Odd in that recently I got a brochure from the BLM about proposals to change the way the land they manage in Oregon (approximately 4000 square miles) is handled. I am not sure why I got this brochure for I am about as far from Oregon as you can get in the continental US, but it has peaked my curiousity. Anyway, here is a link to Hage and BLM.The other thing is you may own property but not in entirety if there is any sort of oil, lumber, and that other stuff in the earth that the government has already laid claim to, but you probably pay taxes on.
