Absolutely not.  The point of the article is that this woman "found Jesus" and "accepted him as her personal savior" and then become a Republican. 

As a consequence, she's against abortion, but supposedly believes that Roe should stand.  Bush and Cheney say, "trust me."  Do you?  It may be that key Democratic Senators do not have a problem with her, but I really have to wonder why they think it's okay to foist a complete wild card upon the American people?  Who's looking out for us?

The last time we were asked to "trust" these people, they got us into a war that was a complete mistake from the start.  I think we shouldn't be asked to simply "trust" again.  Do you?
