CSPAN had Christopher Shays a Republican grilling Michael Brown on why FEMA failed. Shay's is not really a Republican in the conservative sense or for that matter any sense. It is obvious in these hearing that they want a scapegoat. I guess it's the appointed officials that take the heat while the elected officials skate away.
Also I watched Charlie Rangle on Orielly which was humerous to say the least. When presented with the facts:
1. Poverty Levels are down since the Bush Administration
2. Spending on Poverty is Up since the Bush Administration
3. Black Home ownership is Up since the Bush Administration

he simply rambled on about how poverty was up and we were not taking care of these people. Again (3 times) he was presented with the facts and still discarded them with more racist mantra. That's why they call it the No Spin Zone Charlie, you just came off as an ignorant idiot
