...it is important to understand that the mission of FEMA is not the protection of, or the care of the citizens of America. FEMA’s mission is to protect the government of the United States and to ensure its survival. The exact same thing is true of Homeland Security. Don’t for a moment even think that either of these agencies was established to serve and protect you! If you study their directives they are to; relocate population, move businesses, confiscate property, commandeer goods, direct labor and services, and lastly to establish marshal law. The failure of both of these agencies on the entire Gulf Coast as assumed by the citizens, is reflected in their mission, which is misunderstood by almost everyone.
