For that matter it is time for the ultra rich to step up and make huge public donations. I'm talking about the C.E.O.s who are taking home multi-million dollar bonuses while they are laying off workers during times of records proffits. Dick Cheney could throw in his "winnings" from halliburton considering his declaration that all ties have been disolved. It's time for Big Oil to sacrifice at each and every pump considering the record proffits they have pulled in at our expense. It's time that America demanded as much.
