Have to agree with you entirely on this one DanO. They had a 1 to 2 day notice and had to know the weakness of New Orleans living in a puddle. I've been to that town twice and would never go back. I thought it was one of if not the ugliest major city that I had ever visited. When it takes 5 days (After 2 days warning) to stop looting and unrest we have a problem. I also agree with Marc with the fact that they knew better than to build in certain areas and build they did full well knowing that this would inevitably happen.
