Peter...it was a joke.  Nobody is going to buy tickets at those prices (heh heh...).  They were just kidding.  Right?

Well, I actually saw 2/3 of them in a small club for around 15$ about 15 years ago.   Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker were touring with this awful guitar player named "Blues" Saracedo or Salcedo (I don't remember...his playing was obnoxious).   They did most of the old Cream standards and some new things.  Jack Bruce left much to be desired on Bass, and played far too loudly.  But Ginger...was absolute killer.  Still one of the world's great drummers.

Jack Bruce threw his harmonica out to the audience, and I got it...stepped on it actually to ward off the hoardes.  It is an Amajor old Marine Band.  I still have it...dent and all.
