Well, so far, all of you guys named several albums that I would agree are most excellent.  This is too tough of a question for me Pat!  How about if I just list the first 10 that come to mind that I think are very significant recordings? 

In no particular order.

1. Miles Davis - Kind of Blue

2. Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - Will The Circle Be Unbroken

3. Jimi Hendrix - Are You Experienced

4. Bela Fleck - Drive

5. David Baerwald - Triage

6. Kevin Gilbert - Thud

7. Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys, Live 56-69

8. The Beatles - Revolver

9. You do the research - Old And In The Way

10. Steve Earle - El Corazon (I love Guitar Town too)

I dunno, there's so many others I'd like on this list and so many more that I haven't even heard yet...
