When I started to assemble my choices, I was making notes at work; trying to pick out things that maybe no one had heard or were hard to get.  I changed my plan after someone (Eugene, I believe) suggested not doing that, but just put together something you like.  So I gathered up the cd's around my stereo, in my car and in my backpack and went to work.  I picked one song to start, listened to it while browsing through the rest, and tried to pick something that flowed.  I was pretty happy with the end result and figured that some others would find stuff they'd like too. 

I must say that I've had  a blast listening to these disks.  I recently went a way for the weekend with my lovely bride, and took nothing but the Burn Unit disks to listen to.  Even my mainstream pop-loving wife found some stuff she really likes.  Looking forward to round two.  Ya know, it's kinda like Christmas.  I love gettin' the presents, but I'm equally fond of giving the presents...
