Saw it plain as day - using only an (allegedly) high end dvd player with frame by frame advancement of the 10 anniversary edition. Keitel fires his piece twice, the second in Penn's direction. True it's not a perfect trajectory from blast to wound, but it rarely is.
I don't like it either... I had been a ghost shooter advocate for years.
