Not knowing what swag meant, I googled and it came up
SWAG - slang for crappy weed
Swag: slang for free and cool stuff
swag (slang for clothing and other items to be given to staff and players)
Since I know it wasn't the first one, I'm going for the second one, the third being fairly similar to the second. I didn't send the swag to some as I believe they had already gotten it or weren't interested in times past.
