Did anyone else see the Law N Order episode a few weeks back that appeared to have been "ripped" from this particular headline? In the show, a wealthy elf-like child-man gets away from abuse charges when he is clearly guilty, because the accuser is not credible & proven to be lying. The crooked accuser's attempt to benefit financially basically makes it impossible for the justice system to get ahold of this perpatrator.
Truth, fiction, which is supposed to mirror which again?
For my own part, I hope the guy is innocent (which is distinct from "judged not guilty"), for the kids' sake. But I also hope the guy grows up a bit as a result of this. Let's get the children out of your bed Michael, mmmkay?
