I'm thinking you were upset, Gene, that the intoxication section did not have to do with the fermentation process of certain items...or include things like Rye, Potato, Cactus, Hops, Malt, Barley, and the always popular Grains of Paradise...perhaps you should write something just about intoxication Gene...you do have a PHD in mixology, no?
