I think there are computer burners which take a RCA output from a cassette deck and convert the signal to digital with the appropriate software. Dan probably knows a lot more about this than I do. BUT.. If not...I know (because I have one) there are standalone CD burners which will take analog input, so you can burn a CD direct from the cassette. Then all you need to do is upload the CD tracks to your computer.
