You would'nd understand that because you don't believe a person should be accountable for their actions.

Okay maybe just maybe I over generalized. I can tell you where this argument would have gone....something like this. A person who is out of prison has already paid their debt to society. Why brand them? Because they might influence others through personal experience not to go down the same road. They pay a permanent price for their actions.  Accountability
